What We Do Share
Expert profiles are intentionally public on testify.law to enable attorney discovery—this is the core function of our marketplace. We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request under CCPA.
Opt-Out Confirmation
If our business practices ever change such that we engage in activities constituting a “sale” or “sharing” under CCPA, we will provide a clear opt-out mechanism and notify you at the time. You will receive confirmation of your opt-out within 15 business days.
